Photo 1: Standing with your feet wide apart, toes pointing outward, plie by bending your knees. Open your arms to your sides with your elbows bent and your forearms pointing upward. Your hands should be in fists. Photo 2: Straighten your knees as you bring your forearms together in front of your face. Your elbows should remain bent and your hands should stay in fists. Continue by alternating the movements to the beat of the music. Do these upper torso toning exercises for 15 to 20 minutes, three to four times a week and you should see results in six to eight weeks.
