Flick knife alleged
A flick knife was allegedly produced when a woman was accosted in Madras Street on Tuesday evening. The police say the woman was followed along Cashel Street to Madras Street where she stopped to unlock her car. A youth,. aged 17,
grabbed her. She screamed and he ran off, chased by two bystanders, Messrs Salenea Meleisea and Farani Faalaulau.
The pair held him until the police arrived. <j A charge of aggravated robbery has been laid against the youth.
