Telly Savalas plays Joe Brisson, a wealthy industrialist about to be taken to the cleaners by his wife in “Completely Foolproof,” tomorrow (Sunday) night’s episode of “Tales of the Unexpected” on One. His wife Lisa (Rita Gam) wants a divorce and half of everything he has got. And she is willing to blackmail him to get it. Joe is not a man who plays fair when his power or wealth is threatened, so he sets out to commit the perfect crime. Of course, the authorities have been telling us for years that there is no
such thing as the perfect crime, but every unsolved crime is in fact that perfect crime. People are literally getting away with the murder every day. Or are they? Telly Savalas has lent himself and his distinctive bald pate to many films and television shows, including the long-running detective series “Kojak,” and more recently he has appeared in films, including “The Muppet Movie” and “The Border.” “Tales of the Unexpected” screens on One tomorrow (Sunday) at 10 p.m.
