Wellington wind criticised
PA Wellington If ever a city has lived up to a reputation it’s “windy Wellington.” The famed northerly blew Ireland’s World Cup challenge way off course on Monday and on Thursday it gave the Rumanians a few headaches as it tried to shackle the French. The wind has been as much a talking point as the rugby in Wellington. Also, it has dictated tactics to a degree that the entertainment has suffered.
