Public Notices Q Christchurch Drainage Board TRADE WASTE CHARGES NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Christchurch Drainage Board held at the office of the Board in the City of Christchurch on the 27th day of May, 1987, the Board resolved by Special Order In terms of Section 494 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951 and the Christchurch Drainage Board Bylaw No. 2 that the Trade Waste Charges for the year commencing April 1, 1987, be fixed as follows: Rate of Discharge — $29,932 per annum per litre per minute Suspended Solids — $28,453 per annum per kilogram per day Biochemical Oxygen Demand — $28,980 per annum per kilogram per day such charges being Inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
