Presentation of Annual Report and Balance Sheet. 2. Alteration of Rules: (a) Clause 11 of the Rules of The Canterbury and West Coast Branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society (Incorporated) is proposed to be altered In the following manner: Change “Any seven members of the Committee shall form a quorum” to “Any five members of the Committee shall form a quorum.” (b) Delete the words “the Council” wherever they appear in the Rules of The Canterbury and West Coast Branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society (Incorporated) and insert the words “the Executive Board” in place of the deleted words. 3. The Seventh-day Adventist Church operates an annual door-knock appeal at the end of October and beginning of November each year. This year’s annual ADVENTIST APPEAL is the 71st. Volunteer collectors are clearly Identified by a ribbon or badge worn for this purpose. The door-knock this year will be conducted between 3-9 November. We are financial members of the National Appeals Association. The Seventh-day Adventist Church also operates the Pathfinder programme, which is worldwide.
