A recent move to new premises and the development of some unique and innovative retailing ideas, have consolidated the branch’s position in the marketplace and will enhance future market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for the control of the branch's total business activities to ensure maintenance and development of profitability and achievement of budgeted market share through the direction and motivation of experienced departmental managers. This is a challenging and rewarding senior appointment offering a platform for future development in executive management within the company. REQUIREMENTS • Evidence of previous profit centre accountability. • Proven management skill, supported by sound commercial judgement and negotiating ability. • Well developed inter-personal and communication skills to relate at all levels within and outside the company. • A results oriented person with energy and enthusiasm to lead and motivate others to achieve. • Age range flexible.
