More gas
More gas and condensate have been found in the Kupe South No. 2 well. TCPL Resources, Ltd, on behalf of the joint venture group, yesterday reported the results of drill stem test 5 over the intervals 3082.5 m to 3088 m and 3090 m to 3100 m. Preliminary results indicate flows of 560 barrels of liquid a day and 7.8 million cubic feet of gas a day. lEP stake
Industrial Equity (Pacific), Ltd, a Hong Kong investment firm, said it raised its stake in Union Special Corp to 787,718 shares, or 27.8 per cent of the total outstanding common stock, from 583,781 shares, or 20.6 per cent. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Industrial Equity, which is principally owned by Brierley Investments, Ltd, said it bought 203,937 Union Special common shares on May 22 at SHK24 a share under a previous agreement.
