Move for Salvation Army man
PA Wellington Captain Peter Thorp, of the Salvation Army, who has been executive secretary of the Council of Wellington Churches for the last five years, will leave Wellington for Dunedin. He will take up a position as head of Salvation Army work in Dunedin North. Captain Thorp has been in charge of Salvation Army work in Kilbimie for three years and has also been the president of the Kilbimie Ministers’ Association.
