Kupe price
Kupe Group, Ltd, has announced the strike price for bonus shares issued in lieu of dividends for the six months ended February 28. It will be 173 c. A final call of 60c a share is payable on June 30 on the company’s partly paid shares. UEB move UEB Industries, Ltd, has made Associated Paper, Ltd, a full subsidiary. UEB said in a statement it had acquired the 50 per cent of Associated Paper’s shares it did not own from Wiggins Teape Overseas, Ltd. Associated Paper manufactures a speciality pack for fats and dripping.
