Trust property
Realty Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leyland Growth, Ltd, has completed negotiations with the Prince Albert College Trust Board to acquire the trust property in the upper part of Queen Street, Auckland. The Al commercial zoned property is more than 3 acres in area (about 12,400 square metres). It is bounded by Queen Street, City Road, Liverpool Street and Turner Street. Most of the area is presently used for open carparking with the balance comprising low rise commercial office and retail structures.
