The Assistant Director, Personnel, will work with a committed team of senior managers, will provide a centre of professional expertise on personnel, industrial relations and training matters, and will have a key contribution to make in developing human resources, policies and practices. Reporting directly to the Hospital’s Senior Management, this position provides an ideal opportunity for a progressive practitioner to further develop their personnel and industrial relations skills and be considered for further development in the health field after a period of achievement in this position.
