Particular attention will be paid to those with a broad range of experience, able to teach all areas of Physical Chemistry to undergraduates. Research interests in the application of Physical Chemistry to problems of relevance to Papua New Guinea will be an advantage. The department is small and expects its staff to contribute widely to its teaching and research ac-_ tivities. All staff contribute to matriculation and/or first year science courses. The person appointed will be expected to engage in the training of future PapUa New Guinean staff in this area. TUTOR/SENIOR TUTOR IN MATHEMATICS AND PHYSICS Joint Mathematics/Physics Department — W121015 Applicants should have experience in teaching Mathematics and Physics at tertiary or senior secondary level. Current departmental research interests include primary health care, infectious and noninfectious diseases, health behaviour, health planning and administration, and degenerative diseases.
