He has been involved in Export Institute affairs for some years and has previously been a member of its National Executive. Mr Wiggs has a background of law and export marketing and has an LLB degree and a Diploma of Export. He has practised as a lawyer for 20 years and as an export and marketing consultant with his firm Wiggs & Associates Ltd for the past 4 years.
