Inter-Pac. alternative
NZPA Sydney Inter-Pacific Equity, Ltd's directors have decided to offer a share alternative to, the company’s cash bid for McConnell Dowell Group, Ltd, the Australian offshoot of Auckland-based McConnell Dowell Corp, Ltd. Inter-Pacific is offering one ordinary fully-paid share plus Austsoc cash for every two fully paid McConnell Dowell Group shares, or AustlBoc a share cash.
