The Board has decided to hold an election to determine a suitable successor. Such election Is NOT an electrion held under the triennial election provisions of the Maori Trust Board Act 1955, which do not apply in such circumstances. Nominations are now called for. Candidates for election must be beneficiaries residing in the District concerned and must be shown on the Board’s roll of beneficiaries.
