A policewoman was filmed making love to a colleague on a table in a police station bar — the whole action beamed to senior police watching a video screen 25km away. Two spy cameras were set up at Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, to catch officers suspected of robbing the bar during late-

Lobby fails The Animal Liberation lobby has failed in a Supreme Court bid to halt duck shooting in Victoria. The group appeared before Mr Justice Kaye,

A Philippine women’s organisation is asking the Government to pass laws allowing time off for menstruating workers. The “Midday” newspaper reported that the 15,000strong Movement of Women Workers told it they would petition the Labour Department for at least a two-day leave with pay “when the menstrual pain occurs at the onset of the monthly period.”-— Manila Personal mission A plastic surgeon, Bryant Toth, has embarked on a personal mission to Vietnam where he will reconstruct the faces of malformed babies and -train others to do the same. “This is the first time American plastic surgeons have been to Vietnam since 1975 and the end of the war,” he said. “We plan to operate from dawn to dusk.
