Another appeal
PA Wellington The final outcome of the Waikato Stud Trentham Stakes will be further discussed at an appeal hearing in Wellington on April 24. The Stakes, run at Trentham on January 17, was won by Threesome by a nose over The Filbert. After a raceday hearing the placings were unaltered, but at an appeal by the connections of The Filbert, the placings were reversed. Now the connections of Threesome have lodged an appeal against the change and it is this that will be determined next month.
