Smart purchase
The Smart family says it has purchased the Williams Development Holdings, Ltd, and Williams Construction, Ltd, 18 per cent holding in Smart Group for an undisclosed sum. This will increase the Smart family holding to 60 per cent. Mr A. D. P. Williams will retire as a director of Smart Group in May.
