An 11-year-old New Jersey boy has won $925 from his mother after betting that he would not watch television for a year. Benjamin Barreaux filled his time reading — and his school grades improved from “satisfactory” to “very good.” He said he would use some of his winnings to increase his comic collection. — Millbum.
