Pac Met. buy
Pacific Metropolitan, Ltd, the recently listed retail property company, has bought Milne’s building in Remuera for $6 million. The 1765 sq m building, which has just been renovated, is a prominent feature of the Remuera Road shopping centre. Tenants of the building include Milne’s department store and other retail businesses.
