Commerce Act 1986: Authorisation Application Indpendent Broadcasters Association (New Zealand), Inc: Accreditation Agreement PURSUANT to section 60(2)(d) of the Act notice is hereby given that Independent Broadcasters Association (New Zealand) Inc. have applied for authorisation of a restrictive trade practice. The practice Involves a requirement that advertising agents wishing to deal with Association members be accredited in accordance with the Association “Terms and Conditions of Accreditation for Advertising Agencies.” These include terms relating to commission paid for advertising placed and that agents not rebate them to their clients. Any person who has an interest in the application should give written notice of that interest to the Commerce Commission, together with the reason for that interest, by March 26, 1987. Spiro T.
