Lowe quits Holden
•V New Zealander Neale Lowe, the development engneer and driver for the Mobil Holden Dealer Team, resigned from his post at least 10 days before Melborne-based Holden, the Australian carmaker, announced that it was severing its 18-year association with the team, which is led by Peter Brock.
