Main Corp buy
Main Corporation, Ltd, has announced the acquisition of the realty-broking Scholes Oakley Group for an undisclosed cash sum. The chairman, Mr D. W. Phillips, said the "dont sell” notice posted 12 days ago by Main Corporation — 38 per cent owned by Pacer Pacific — would continue, pending further announcements.
