County. During the restricted fire season it is an offence to light any fire in the open without a written permit from the Fire Officer in the atea. APPEAL AGAINST NEW ZEALAND PORTS AUTHORITY DECISIONS BY AUTHORITY OF THE HON. R. W. PREBBLE, Minister of Transport, notice is given pursuant to Section 12 of the N.Z. Ports Authority Act 1968 that: The Lyttelton Harbour Board has appealed against the decision of the N.Z. Ports Authority to reject the Board’s application to construct a 3.95 hectare reclamation in the inner harbour at Lyttelton. That decision was given on November 27,1986. The appellant, any harbour boards, Government departments, bodies and persons consulted by the Ports Authority under Section 12 (1) of the N.Z. Ports Authority Act 1968 in relation to the Ports Authority’s decision and any person directly concerned with or has the material interest In the Ports Authority’s decision may make representation to the Minister of Transport and Appeal Authority, and has the opportunity to be heard, If required, at the appeal hearing.
