Cory-Wright Salmon, Ltd, have mailed share scrip and cheques to former shareholders of Lusteroid Holdings N.Z., Ltd, who accepted the recent takeover offer, the company has advised the Stock Exchange. As a result of the takeover, Cory-Wright Salmon has issued and allotted 1,883,638 50c ordinary shares. The issued capital is now 13,793,646 50c ordinary shares, and 549,920 100c specified preference shares.
