$4M paid for house
PA Auckland A Remuera property described as one of Auckland’s best pieces of real estate was auctioned for $4 million yesterday. The price was one of the highest paid for a house In New Zealand.
The buyer, a man aged In his 30s, declined to be identified or to reveal what was planned for the 89-year-old house and the 3213 sq m property In Remuera Road. It is believed that the buyer is one of a group of Auckland businessmen.
