Luxury rental
Mr Ron Brierley’s Industrial Equity, Ltd, will pay what is claimed to be the highest rent in Australia for its new corporate headquarters. The Australian "Financial Review” has reported that lEL has signed a sAustl.22 million (SNZI.4B million) lease for the top floor of Grosvenor Place, an office tower nearing completion in Sydney’s George Street. It says the lease translates to sAust6lo (SNZ73B) a square metre, which is SASO (SNZ6O) a square metre more than the next highest rent in Australia
