Comfortable win for Australia

Australia cruised to another comfortable win over New Zealand in the one-day youth cricket international at Dudley Park, Rangiora, yesterday. The New Zealand Youth XI had scored a most respectable total of 219 for six from its 55 overs, but the aggressive Australian batting line-up reached the target with seven wickets in hand and almost 11 overs to spare. On the previous day, Australia had won the first oneday international in Christchurch by the huge margin of 187 runs. Report, page 22. NEW ZEALAND L. K. Germon c Maidmont b Holdsworth 15 M. C.
