Mr Martin McPherson, director of the Christchurch Youth Centre will be the guest on Robin Harrison’s interview and talkback session on 3ZB this morning, when he will discuss how the centre is now organised, what it has achieved and what it hopes to achieve.
Who controls the archives? The National Archive wants to take over archive material from the Canterbury Museum but Canterbury, naturally, feels these links with its past should remain where they are. Mr Michael Trotter, director of the Canterbury Museum, will be on Harrison’s programme to-
morrow morning to give his thoughts on the matter.
Wednesday’s guest will be Michael Beard, who will discuss blood and ailments associated with blood, such as leukemia and A.I.D.S. Mike Minehan’s show on Radio Avon this afternoon focuses on dentistry. Mr Brent Stanley, of the Dental Association, will be in the studio to discuss the association’s decision not to enrol new patients under the dental benefit scheme.
That decision, it is feared, could affect several thousand Christchurch third-formers. A two-hour session on
A.I.D.S. is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. The guest will be ,Mr lan Smith, who is setting up an A.I.D.S. clinic in Christchurch.
Mr Maurice Smith, of the Consumers’ Institute, will be the guest for Wednesday afternoon’s talkback session.

Ellis, one of the researchers, will explain the programme. The fundamentalist Christian movement is a power in the United States, and one of its spokesmen, Leighton Ford, is at present on a visit to New Zealand.
