South Corp
South Corp, Ltd, directors are waiting for approval from the Overseas Investment Commission for the take-over of unlisted Port Craig Timber Co, Ltd, of Invercargill. South Corp, and the Black family interests of Australia, have received acceptances for 100 per cent of the capital. The directors will make the offer unconditional once consent is given.
