Pacific Metropolitan, Ltd, the new investment company which is to specialise in retail property, is expected to list on the Stock Exchange on February 25. The issue of 54.5 million ordinary 50c shares at a premium of 10c was over-subscribed, the general manager, Mr David Houldsworth, said. He said the company had been able to ensure acceptance of all applications by Landmark shareholders and holders of units in Fund of New Zealand, Ltd.
