There are Parts of London (I hear) Where even the Police Hardly dare go, it’s impossible to keep What remains of the Peace — Down at the Bottom of the Heap something Like Anarchy prevails, At the Top your House has an Alarm System As good as a Gaol’s Do I long for a less disorderly - Marketplace, too, Where Nobody’s redundant and Everyone Has a Job to do? More of Us working, Fewer of Us Thieving — or mugging? Must I be joking? or dreaming? I can see You shrugging! There’s a Price for this free Market — Including GST — Up goes the Cost of Law and Order .
