Early show goes south
The world’s southernmost breakfast show will go on air from Stewart Island on Monday. The 3ZB breakfast personality Barry Corbett, with his producer and technician, will travel to the island and do a show
from the fire station. Organised by Southland Promotions, Corbett’s show will give Christchurch listeners an inside view of the attractions, the history and the characters of Stewart Island.
It is the first time a New Zealand radio station has travelled so far from its home base to conduct a breakfast show. Corbett will be on air from 6 a.m, to 9 a.m. on 3ZB.
