Public Notice* LAND CLASSIFICATION LIST IN the matter of the Agricultural Pest Destruction Act 1967 and the Rating Act 1967 and their respective amendments, notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 72 of the Agricultural Pest Destruction Act, the Kaikoura Pest Destruction Board by resolution has classified all rateable land within its district for the purpose of levying' a General Rate on a graduated scale for the period commencing on April 1, 1987, and terminating on March 31, 1988.
