Going around in circles getting somewhere
Going around in circles usually means you aren’t getting far with whatever you are trying to do. But a new air fare available to New Zealanders makes travelling in a circle very worthwhile. The Fan’Tas’Tic circle fare combines Tasmania and Victoria on a holiday trip from New Zealand — with substantial savings on normal fares. A number of alternative routes can be chosen. For example, you could fly from Christchurch to Hobart with Air New Zealand or Australian Airlines, on to Melbourne with Australian Airlines after touring Tasmania, and then back to Christchurch on an Air New Zealand or Qantas flight. This costs $599, a saving on the normal return fare between Christchurch and Hobart, with’ the Melbourne visit as a free bonus. The Fan’Tas’Tic circle fares allow users ample opportunity to explore Tasmania as well as sampling the big city delights of Melbourne ... or travelling around further afield in Victoria. These fares are available through to the end of November. ’ And there’s a bonus offer for the older traveller through to the end of April — Fan’Tas’Tic Golden Age fares with substantial savings for holidaymakers aged 60 and over. Bookings on the special fares can be made through any TAANZ bonded travel agent or airline travel centre.
