CHH ski chance
PA Wellington Carter Holt Harvey, Ltd’s shareholders will be offered a chance to buy shares in New Zealand Ski Fields, Ltd, which is to seek Stock Exchange listing.
NZSF operated the Turoa Skifield in Tongariro National Park, and CHH subsidiary, AHI Group, Ltd, was a major shareholder in NZSF, CHH said in a statement to the Stock Exchange. Selected parties other
than CHH shareholders would also be invited to apply for shares in the coming placement, but the shares would not be offered to the public at large at this stage.
CHH said it would send its shareholders a letter which will enable them to apply for an information memorandum on NZSF, and could lead them being allocated shares in a placement of existing NZSF shares.
