South Bay drowning
A man who drowned while diving off South Bay, Kaikoura, on Sunday has been named. He was Paul Steven Ramage, aged 30, of Christchurch.
The alarm was raised at 3.20 p.m. when Mr Ramage failed to surface and meet his companion at a prearranged time. body was recovered scffiß afterwards.
