NZPA-AAP Melbourne The broadcaster and former New Zealander, Derryn Hinch, would stay on radio station 3AW after his contract expired in June, the station has confirmed today. The general manager of 3AW, Mr Mike Peterson, said he was "delighted” at Hinch’s on-air announcement that he would not be resigning after the legal

problems that have dogged his radio career in the last 12 months, and Mr Peterson said he would not try to curb Hinch from “pushing out the frontiers” of talkback radio.
