The successful candidate will have demonstrated strength in strategic planning, forecasting, recognition of changing market needs,. promotional advertising and public relations activities, and management of sales staff. The position requires the incumbent to work closely within the management team and carries the responsibility for sales achievement and the acheivement of long-term growth and profitability targets.
