Witnesses to crash sought
The Christchurch police seek witnesses to an accident in Opawa Road on Friday evening in which a man was killed. A 1968 red Ford Zodiac driven by Mr Bryce Gerald Larson, aged 30, of Bromley, struck a parked car and a telephone pole near the Ensors Road intersection just before midnight Mr Larson, who was the sole occupant of the car, was killed.
Anyone who has information about the accident is asked to get in touch with Constable Marty Fitzsimons, of the Christchurch police fatal motor accidents section.
