Funds for transplant
PA Wellington The Tucker family had secured a mortgage which would provide the heart transplant patient, Des Tucker, with the funds to go to England for transplant surgery, said his
brother Barry yesterday. “It looks as though we are going to have the money,” Mr Tucker said. He had no idea when his brother would leave for the surgery in Harefield Hospital, London.
