No Cup protest decision
NZPA Fremantle Australia IV’s future in the America’s Cup hangs in the balance after the yacht was disqualified over a collision during its final race with Kookaburra 111 on Wednesday. Although the loss of that protest is not enough to eliminate the yacht from the Cup, the international jury has been unable to make a decision on an application by Kookaburra II to have another protest reopened.
