Ice hockey brawl
NZPA-Reuter Vienna The Soviet and Canadian teams have been disqualified from the world under-20 ice hockey championships in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, after a brawl during their match. The Soviet Union was losing, 2-4, yesterday when the match was stopped in the 33rd minute because of a fight. The chairman of the
International Ice Hockey Federation (1.1.H.F.), Guenther Sabetzki* stopped the match ally, saying that the incident would be discussed at a session of the 1.1.H.Fj executive committee and by a disciplinary commis* sion. No dates for the meetings were mentioned. Finland won the cham-. pionship, followed by Czechoslovakia, . Sweden: the United States, Poland and Switzerland.
