HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL REFUSE COLLECTION > THE following shall apply for : Household Refuse Collections over the period, December 22, 1986 to January 2, 1987. Refuse normally collected on Mondays shall be collected on Mondays. Refuse normally collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays shall be collected on Tuesdays. Refuse normally collected on Wednesdays and Fridays shall be collected on Wednesdays. Residents are reminded that refuse bags should be securely tied to eliminate the possibility of windblown refuse and overspill.
