The cruising range includes the Marlborough Sounds, D’Urville and other outlying islands and the Abel Tasman national Park. This is an exceptionally interesting area, both scenlcally and historically and many of the places to be visited can only be reached by sea. Instruction in navigation, sailing and seamanship is available from the experienced deep sea yachtsman who is skipper of Iconoclast. Participants will be welcome to join in all aspects of life aboard. All meals to a high standard will be provided. Departure dates are as follows for February and March 1987. 6th to 15th inclusive and 20th to 25th inclusive. Further cruises will be arranged for April.
