KLM confirmation
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has confirmed hotel industry reports it is bidding for the Hilton International Hotel chain, part of the US Transworld Corporation. But a KLM spokesman declined to confirm reports that the airline, the Dutch flag carrier, would pay SUS97S million cash for the chain which runs some of the world’s most prestigious hotels.
