AKAROA COUNTY COUNCIL THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 SCHEME CHANGE NO. 7 APPROVED SCHEME Change No. 7 under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 for the Akaroa County was approved by the Akaroa County Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 21st day of November, 1986 after all objections, appeals and arbitrations relating to the Scheme Change had been disposed of.
