Issue part paid
A share issue by Steel and Tube Holdings, Ltd, to senior executives which was announced this week was made 3n ? a part paid basis, the zompany said. An NZPA report on Tuesday said S and T was issuing its senior executives 50,000 new 50c shares in the company at 10c each, in accordance with its senior executive share purchase scheme.
