Hoardings banned
PA Hamilton Election hoardings for next year’s General Election will not be seen in Morrinsville Borough. At a council meeting it was decided the Waikato town would keep in line with the policy of previous years and not allow the erection of billboards by candidates for the election. Cr Don Jenkin said the council had decided in other years “that they didn’t like them and didn’t need them.”
